- 75% of the project cost based on your existing heating and cooling system configuration.
- A labor invoice must be submitted.
- Newly installed insulation must achieve an R-value greater than the existing insulation R-value.
- Must be installed in an existing permanent living space conditioned by an electric heat source or central A/C with non-electric heat.
- New home construction, workshops, garages, crawl spaces, and outbuildings do not apply.
- Complete the Third-Party Payment form to direct a rebate payment to someone other than the PPL Electric Utilities Account Holder.
