How long will it take to receive my rebate?

If you apply for a rebate for a past purchase, you’ll receive the rebate within 60 days of your application approval. If you have questions about your rebate status or timing, call us at 1-877-486-9204 or email [email protected]. You can reach us from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. ET, Monday through Friday.

Are these offers available to the general public?

These offers are available to all PPL Electric Utilities customers, with the exception of income-based offers which have additional income eligibility.

How do I check my eligibility for income-based offers?

Use our Check Best Offers tool. Remember to sign in to your PPL Electric Utilities account here on this site before opening the qualification tool. Can I submit a rebate application by mail?

Yes. Mail-in rebate forms are available to download and print. You can find the form in the “More Info” section of each product page.
